Social Media Management is managed by a third-party application (Hootsuite, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Yelp, Google). Website hosting is managed by a third-party application (Flywheel). Internal project management is managed by a third-party application (Asana). We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information

We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, scrolling patterns, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third-parties to help us understand usage patterns on our website and those of our partners. We may use the information we have collected from you to enable us to display advertisements from our Customers to their target audience of users. As one example, marketing agencies may purchase advertisements which are presented selectively to local or distant business owners who fit the demographics of Letter 13 Creative. Our job is to simply present the advertisement to the correct demographic and even though we do not disclose Personal Information for these purposes, if an End-User clicks on or otherwise interacts with an advertisement, the advertising Customer may assume that the End-User meets its target criteria.

Please note that while any changes you make will be reflected in active user databases instantly or within a reasonable period of time, we may retain all information you submit for backups, archiving, analytics, satisfaction of legal obligations, or where we otherwise reasonably believe that we have a legitimate reason to do so.

You may decline to share certain Personally Identifiable Information with us, in which case we may not be able to provide you some of the features and functionality of our Services.

We will retain and use information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements as follows:

  • Billing information will be retained for a period of 7 years as a of their provision to Letter 13 Creative.
  • Information on legal transactions between Client and Letter 13 Creative is retained for a period of 10 years as of their provision to Letter 13 Creative.

We take precautions to protect your information. Our website has an SSL Certificate installed along with constant monitoring for malware and regular WordPress installation updates from www.getflywheel.com. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
